Envision Lab Training Courses Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures for participation in Envision Lab training programs. It ensures a consistent, respectful, and productive learning environment for all participants.
2. Attendance and Participation
- Full attendance is expected for all scheduled sessions.
- Participants must arrive on time and stay for the duration of each session.
- Active participation in discussions, activities, and assessments is required.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors, facilitators, and peers with respect.
- Maintain a professional and inclusive learning environment.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior or language.
- Comply with all institutional or organizational codes of conduct.
4. Assignments and Assessments
- All assignments must be submitted by the stated deadlines.
- Late submissions may incur penalties unless prior arrangements are made.
- Participants are expected to complete assessments honestly and independently unless group work is specified.
5. Certification
Participants who meet the course requirements—such as attendance, participation, and successful completion of assessments—will receive a certificate of completion or competency, as applicable.
6. Intellectual Property and Materials
- Course materials are provided for individual use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
- Any recordings or content shared during the course remain the intellectual property of the course provider.

- Participants are prohibited from recording sessions without written consent.
8. Cancellation and Withdrawal

- Participants may provide feedback at the end of the course through an evaluation form.
