Program Fees
The course fee covers instruction, all seminar materials, as well as lunches and refreshments throughout the duration of the seminar. It does not include hotel accommodation.
Mode of Payment
Participants may choose to pay the course fee directly or request an invoice to be issued to their company or sponsor. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation / Substitution
Full payment must be received no later than ten (10) days before the program start date. Cancellations submitted in writing at least 14 days before the seminar will incur a AED1,000.00 administrative fee. Cancellation requests post 14 days prior to the start of the course are non refundable and will incur the full course charge. Delegates may nominate a substitute at no additional charge, provided written notice is received by Envision Lab at least one week before the course begins.
Hotel Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the course fee.
Certificate of Attendance
To be eligible for a certificate of attendance—and any applicable Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units or hours—participants must attend all scheduled program days and meet all course requirements.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the seminar may be postponed, relocated, or delivered by an alternative instructor. The Company reserves the right to make such adjustments as necessary.

Program fees, dates, and speakers are subject to change. Envision Lab’s liability is limited solely to the refund of any course fees already paid.
